Quality System is part of the SiM Operating System. Standardization is develop around operation excellence based on good standard which built in quality from the root at the start. If and problem we will find out firstly WHY it is not meeting the standard. Then we bring back to the standard work procedures. Quality at the source, we do not create issues for investigation. We do not make bad quality for scrap. We carefully make good parts from the start at every step all the way to end customers.
